Fotempo
Privacy Policy

The short version
Fotempo does not collect personal data. The app has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, camera access, photo-library access, location access, contacts access, or remote gameplay backend.
Data on your device
Game progress, settings, compact replays, favorites, and generated images are handled locally on your device. You can export or delete local game data in the app. Deleting the app may also delete its local data.
Notifications
If you explicitly enable the optional Daily reminder, iOS schedules it locally on your device. Fotempo does not use a remote push-notification server.
Website
Fotempo.com is a static informational website. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Like other websites, its hosting provider may process basic request information such as IP address and browser details for delivery and security.
Sharing
When you choose to share, iOS presents the system share sheet. Fotempo does not learn who you share with or whether a message was delivered. Challenge links contain game-scene data, not your identity.
Children
Fotempo is designed for a broad teen-and-adult audience and is not marketed as child-directed. It does not collect age, identity, or behavioral data.

Changes
If Fotempo later adds data collection or remote services, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
